This is the perfect opportunity for you to explore your creativity and develop your acting skills in a supportive and fun environment. Your instructor will guide you through a series of engaging games and exercises that will help you use your voice and body to build authentic characters. You'll learn valuable techniques for memorizing lines and analyzing scripts, and you'll get to practice your skills through partnered scene work.

In the mystical realm of Asgard, we meet young Loki and Thor. A series of events leads to a growing rivalry between the brothers, and their sister does not help matters! Amidst their sibling squabbles, Asgard faces an imminent threat from an ancient enemy. As Loki and Thor confront the enemy, they realize that their unique strengths complement each other. They learn the importance of embracing their differences and working together for the greater good. “Legends of Asgard: Sibling Rivalry” is a coming of age tale that explores themes of family, identity, and the power of unity. The script combines elements of Norse mythology with imaginative storyline to captivate audiences

Sitka's Centre Stage Program is an intensive theatre program that offers an immersive 3 week experience for participants aged 8 to adult.

You'll rehearse with professional music, dance and acting instructors to prepare for a full production, with multiple performances, at the Sid Williams Theatre.

This program is open to beginners, though it emphasizes dedication and hard work to help individuals develop and refine their theatre skills.

This year, we are excited to introduce a 'Double Feature' of specially selected shows that will be brought to life by our talented participants.

The $100 +tax registration fee is non refundable but can be earned back through volunteering with set design, props, costumes or supervision. Inquire to learn more. Refunds for Centre Stage tuition are only available up to 2 weeks prior to rehearsals.

Marlin, an anxious and over-protective clownfish, lives in the Great Barrier Reef with his kid Nemo, who longs to explore the world beyond their anemone home. But when Nemo is captured and taken to Sydney, Marlin faces his fears and sets off on an epic adventure across the ocean. With the help of lovable characters such as optimistic Dory, laid-back sea turtle Crush, and the supportive Tank Gang, Marlin and Nemo both overcome challenges on their journey to find each other and themselves.

Finding Nemo Jr. is a licensed show brought to us by Disney, Pixar and Musical Theatre International.
